We have a Safe Shoppers returns & exchange policies on most of the items sold on We will guide you through the process.

In case the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', possible resolution could be Replacement or Exchange .

If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, or it is 'Not as Described', you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Replacement is subject to availability of stock.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges: For products with defects, broken, incorrect items shipped and needs exchange. If the product is presented for exchange then it will be replaced with the product of the same nature. We have a 7 day exchange policy & we reserve the right to refund the order if we do not have any stock left for any particular item requested. 


Cancellation of order

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

Exception in Cancellations: Some items/orders marked as Non-Returns may not be returned. Example of a Non-return
Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.

Any item which has been used or unpacked.

Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.Items that are returned without original packaging.
