Shipping Policy

 

At Naturoskart , we always want you — our wonderful customers — to be absolutely delighted with not only your purchases, but also your shopping experience. If you have any  question do mail us and our team will be there to help you out.

Naturoskart currently ships only to Bangalore . If you need other than Bangalore please call the customer care , We will discuss the options . We ship 6 days a week. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays.

 

• Standard Shipping  - within 5 days. If you want product in urgency  , please mail to customer care.

Note:

The above time lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The time line for each of these will be individually mentioned in the product description.

Please Note : All kind of Millets , honeys  and some organic products will not be getting in all 360 days . In such cases , we will intimate you. First Come First Served

• Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different a• We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from farmers , our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.


• If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and mail us ,mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Non Availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt 2 times before an item is returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up your delivery process.


Proof on Delivery: For some delivery locations & for some high value products, Our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the good. Please call us if you have any questions.
